David Broomhead
Co-Founder and CEO

Trade Hounds came to mind for David Broomhead (Co-Founder and CEO) as an MBA candidate at Babson College. His family was full of trades workers, parents worked in general contracting. His familiarity with the space shined a light on the gap between the technology-enabled tools powering today’s service jobs that just aren’t available for skilled trades. Intent on proving the need for something new he set to work.

Jon Clark
Co-Founder and CTO

Jon Clark was also born into a trades focused family. He got into technology as a teenager, with the intent to help his father (who worked in printing). This lead to him developing the software used to display the format we know as PDF. He launched a career of leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. When David approached Jon about Trade Hounds, he saw an immediate opportunity to empower an entire industry that's long been underserved by technology.

Peter Maglathlin
Co-Founder and CFO

Peter Maglathlin co-founded Catalant Technologies, a global marketplace for on-demand business services, while studying for his business degree. Catalant quickly grew into an sizable business with hundreds of employees and industry-leading customers. Having worked through the challenge of building a two-sided marketplace, when he discovered Trade Hounds, Peter drove the team to focus on one thing: “this has to be about the workers first.”

Franco Iudiciani
Head of Growth

Frank is a consumer growth & retention entrepreneur, marketer and community builder. He cofounded Fam (acquired by DraftKings), the world’s first group video chat app for iMessage, and crafted the growth strategy that brought it to 7 million users. Frank also cofounded SmackHigh, a nationwide high school student content platform, and created the regional growth strategy that brought it to 1.2 million subscribers.

Albert Kao
Head of Product

Albert is a data-driven product manager with extensive consumer technology expertise. An MIT and Wharton MBA grad, he was most recently focused on job monetization at Jobcase, a fast-growing jobs community startup with $100M+ in Revenue. Previously, Albert managed product at Wayfair, one of Boston's largest tech companies.

Michelle Earle
Head of Customer Success

Michelle is a customer success leader who seeks to use data + empathy to establish and grow strong customer relationships. Michelle has a background in science (PhD from MIT), strategy consulting, and mission-driven tech-startups (Jobcase and Knack) and has worked with many types of customers: from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to global non-profits. She is excited to help get our Hounds new opportunities!
